About Us

Connection-led support for families, schools and organisations.

Behaviour Connections brings together over 10 years of SEND experience and lived understanding of the challenges families, schools and organisations can face when trying to support diverse needs. Our experience includes ADOS-informed practice, a strong understanding of the EHCP process, and support for a wide range of profiles, including autism, PDA, sensory differences, executive function needs, emotionally based school avoidance, and complex communication or regulation needs. We understand how overwhelming systems, meetings and unmet needs can feel for families, and we recognise the pressures schools and organisations face when supporting increasingly diverse and complex needs.

Connection Over Correction. Shared understanding. Practical support.

The Connections Framework™

Understand. Implement. Embed.

Everything we do is anchored in this framework. We help families, schools and organisations understand what may be happening, implement practical support, and embed consistent approaches over time.

Who We Are

Professional SEND experience with lived understanding.

We understand the pressure on both sides: families trying to be heard, and schools trying to support increasingly complex needs with clarity and consistency.

Over 10 years of SEND experience

Behaviour Connections brings together over 10 years of SEND experience and lived understanding of the challenges people, families and organisations can face when trying to support diverse needs.

Our experience includes ADOS-informed practice, a strong understanding of the EHCP process, and support for a wide range of SEND profiles, including autism, PDA, sensory differences, executive function needs, emotionally based school avoidance and complex communication or regulation needs.

We understand how overwhelming systems, meetings and unmet needs can feel, and we recognise the pressures faced by those trying to create inclusive and supportive environments.

Why we exist

Too often, people feel unheard, needs are misunderstood, and those providing support are left without the clarity or confidence they need. Behaviour Connections exists to create shared understanding, clearer communication and to help embed inclusive practices.

We believe behaviour is communication. When people are distressed, avoidant, dysregulated or misunderstood, the starting point is understanding.

How we work

Our support is practical, plain-English and connection-led. We help people move from concern to clarity, and from uncertainty to realistic next steps.

We do not believe in support that stays as theory. Whether through training, toolkits, walkthroughs, EHCP guidance or bespoke support, our aim is to help understanding become action.

What We Support

Support across family and school contexts.

Our work is shaped around shared understanding, inclusive culture and practical support that can be used in real life.
