AMANDA GENT

Director – SEND Inclusion, Training & Family Support

Amanda is a specialist teacher, SEND consultant and SEND parent with over 10 years of experience supporting children, young people, families and schools.

Combining professional expertise, an MSc in Psychology and lived experience, Amanda specialises in behaviour as communication, PDA-informed practice, EBSA, EHCP support, family guidance and connection-led approaches to inclusion.

NATALIE GRANT

Director – SEND Inclusion, Systems & School Development

Natalie is a senior leader and SENCO with experience across primary, secondary, mainstream and specialist settings.

Her expertise spans SEND, inclusion, systems development and school improvement, helping organisations strengthen practice, develop effective provision and embed sustainable improvement.
